Winter is on it's way folks!

Yes, winter is on it's way and this is the time of year we really need to look after ourselves!

Some great tips for staying well involve having good routines around:

1. Nourishment - make sure you eat plenty of greens and coloured fresh foods, these will help build your immune system

2, Sleep - getting enough sleep is vital at this time of year - find new ways of relaxing and development a foolproof bedtime routine, (which doesn't involve watching the news!

3. Exercise - getting your body moving is key to keeping well. Find exercise that suits your day and your mood.
